Differentiating Grade 4 - 6 Math Instruction With Dice

Are you intrigued by dice, multi-sided and double dice and want to maximize learning experiences by using them more often? Come prepared to play our best Box Cars dice games and learn about their potential for use in differentiating math instruction in your classroom. While we play with a wide variety of dice we will cover the following concepts: place value, all operations, graphing and data analysis and more. Problem solving is integrated into all the activities. Students find the activities both fun and motivating while providing time and opportunity for practice. Great gameboards, student samples, assessment ideas will be shared. Excellent for small and whole group instruction, regular, resource and special ed programs, ESL, centers.
