The climate of change in education has impacted the way in which we teach and learn in schools. This presentation uses a case study of two alternative schools to identify the effective and ineffective behaviours of teachers and schools to meet the needs of our learners. The presentation will review best practices, impacts of Action on Education initiatives and review some of the learnings from the flex framework in high schools.
Graham is a Doctoral candidate who has been a teacher, administrator and researcher. His interests are centred on organizational and systems approaches to learning and is a pretty fun guy.
