Don teaches at St. André Bessette Catholic School in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. He's been teaching for 15 years and has taught a varied amount of students from different socio-economic backgrounds. Don played competitive Softball (Fastpitch) and hockey for many years and suffered numerous brain injuries from his early teens into his early twenties. Don has been coping with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) induced anxiety since the start of his teaching career, though he didn't know about it until very recently. Don wants to help teachers/administrators/students be able to understand anxiety and learn how to cope with the challenges it brings to their regular life.
